| Basic PVC ID Cards
These are our standard ID cards produced using PVC Production technology. A photograph should be supplied for the production of most of these cards. If a picture is not supplied, you will need to affix one yourself (NOT RECOMMENDED!) If you want to affix a photograph and sign the card yourself, we recommed our Paper Laminate Folios ID's, created just for that purpose. Please note that most of the ID's are not identical to the picures supplied. Due the unfortunate practice of plagerism on the net, especially in this business, we are unable to provide samples of our newest designs. All ID cards in this catalog come with our standard lamination. A hologram or OVD lamination may be ordered (see our card upgrade catalog). Your personal details, address and company name (if applicable) are captured by our unique online ordering system. Since the cards in this catalog are ID cards, for the states of California, Ohio, Florida and Arizona we require a notorized copy of your birth certificate, as required by state law. |  |
